Manohar Naidu M.Com., F.C.A. - Founder

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having a professional experience of over 10 years. He was the Secretary and Chairman of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Tirupati Branch during the year 2017- 18 and 2018-19 respectively.

A Tech-savvy Chartered Accountant with a diverse background with exposure to Accounts, Auditing, Budgeting, MIS, Secretarial work, RBI, Taxation, T.D.S., Payroll and Customs and has demonstrated capability to register companies as 100% EOU unit including other legal formalities with Customs, GST, DGFT. He Completed Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks and Certificate course on GST conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has Practical industrial exposure in various Manufacturing Companies with better understanding of the businesses. He has good exposure in SAP, BPCS and Ramco Systems.

Gopi Are B.Com., F.C.A. - Partner

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having a professional experience of over 15 years. He also worked with various Manufacturing Companies in ERP environments with a diverse background with exposure to Accounts, Audit, Budgeting, Secretarial work, Taxation, T.D.S., Payroll and Customs, GST, Central Excise and DGFT.
